Error Message: an unhandled Microsoft .net framework exception occurred in devenv.exe [10588] after hitting local windows debugger on a fresh Win32 VC++ Project. Fresh install is default, after install i downloaded C++ language from new project box. Visual Studio stops responding after hitting local windows debugger after a message shows up saying that the project is out of date and if I would like to build it. Hit change on the programs and features, repair, restarted the computer, and the same issue comes up. It doesn't crash when I hit "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "B", the executable in the debug folder opens up the blank default window that is set up from a fresh project just fine. Windows 10 is a fresh install. Crashes when I run as administrator. Crashes on x86 debugging, but says "The debugger's worker process (msvsmon.exe) unexpectedly exited. Debugging will be aborted." and exits. Same thing happens to both when I run Devenv.exe /ResetSettings in Developer Command Prompt for VS2015. When I run Devenv.exe /ResetSkipPkgs, the same thing happens under x86, but Visual Studio does not exit after the msvsmon.exe message.
