Hello,

My application embeds a compiler engine that uses Microsoft CL.exe as compiler, Link.exe as linker  and MT.exe to create the manifest.

Is it possible that I ship those files with my commercial application?

 Indeed  those files are available in Visual studio express and in the SDK but users of my application will not necessary need the SDK and VS studio express.
