According to the error log, the MSBuild component for Lightswitch does not exist on the build server. You could check it on your build server. If this component is not exist, you don't need to install Visual Studio on your build server. You only need to copy a few folders from a development machine to the same location on the build server.

C：\Program Files（x86）\ MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio \v14 .0\LightSwitch

VS 2015:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v14.0\LightSwitch
