After using a program called Advanced system care to clear some space on my computer it appears to have interfered with my Visual c++ runtime libs. (I use windows 7)

So due to this I cannot use my Plugin (Sylenth1) which is for my music program FL Studio. I have spent 1000's of hours on working on creating projects and these are down the drain unless this gets solved :/

If I understand you then you are unable to use some software that was working previously. It is not clear to me what version of VC runtime that you need. If you can tell us that then that would help. If you wrote the program then you should know what version of VS you used.
