Hello. I have a situation in which a user will need to get approval of a purchase order.  The user can still have the po form open to the po on the user machine.  The approver from their approver machine will click a button to approve the po.  The approver must open the po form and go to the po the user is on to use the approval button.  It is a random occurrance but when the approver closes the po form the error message "The data has been changed" will appear.  As mentioned this is a random occurrence.  The po is then not approved and goes back to the requesting process.  Once the message occurs the user needs to re-do the po and get it approved again and the error may never occur.  Using A2007.  The po form is a main form with a po items subform on it.
