I cant delete tables, and copy objects such as reports but i can create new reports and copy controls within existing reports. Im not prompted to log in on any level but when i check, Im logged in as "admin"

I tried exporting/importing all objects into new table and that didnt work - in fact it only got more weired as Access would only allow me to save the new database i was importing to as 2007 databases not 2010.

This is a db that was originally created in 2003. I upgraded office to 2010 32-bit. Im running windows 7 64-bit.

When Access creates a table there is an invisible version number in the table object.  When you import the table into a new version of Access it is keeping the old version number of the table.  I suspect you are not creting the table in the newer version of Access just import the table from the older Access file.  Try creating a blank table in 2007 and then add the older table data into the newer table.
