问题描述

我们有一个SharePoint 2013应用程序，当我们点击文档库中任何项目的属性箭头下拉列表时，我得到以下错误信息 -



此项目不再可用。它可能已被其他用户删除。点击"确定"刷新页面

我们尝试了以下解决方案

Hi,

We have a SharePoint 2013 application and when we click on the Properties Arrow drop-down of any item in a Document library I get following error message -

This item is no longer available. It may have been deleted by another user. Click 'OK' to refresh the page

We have tried the below solution

"we have edit the properties of pages web part. Then save the page without modifying anything" but it's not working. 

how can we fix this?

 ( IE 11, No custom Web-Part & issue faced on Document Library : Best practice )

Hi Mohit,

Try to troubleshoot your issue as following:

1. Click F12 in IE11, select 10 for Document mode in Emulation tab, check if the issue exists.

If there is no issue, it might be the compatibility issue between SharePoint 2013 and IE 11, try to add the site to  compatibility view list and check again.

2. Try to use another account and check again, make sure the user has "View Application Pages" permission.

3. Clear the configuration cache and IE cache.
