几个月前，我购买了一台带有身份保护软件和硬件的HP dm4笔记本电脑，已安装相同的产品。

Few months back I purchased a HP dm4 laptop with Identity protection software and hardware for the same already Installed.

我工作得很好，但最近它停止了工作。现在我只能在启动时使用我的simplepass它要求刷手指但是在我启动后我在线访问我的帐户（如gmail，facebook，hotmail等）它不会要求手指轻扫我不再能够签署

I worked well but lately it stopped working. Now I can only use my simplepass when on boot it asks to swipe finger but after boot when i acess my account online(like gmail, facebook,hotmail etc) it don't ask for finger swipe and I am no longer able to sign in using simplepass so i do it manually by writing in the username and password. I tried checking everything but nothing worked.
