I have created .netcore Web application, and created a class library(Portable for ios, Android, and windows). I am trying to refer the library into my application, after referring it is showing like below image. Now i'm trying to access the library classes, but i could not able to access. Any dependent should include for this?

It is possible to refer the portable lib in .netcore Web application? If yes please suggest some any solution for resolving my problem. If it is not possible means, which library suits both for xamarin and .net core?
