And I wonder how to add new row to jquery datatable with data enter from right pane!

Hi,

Do you mean below right pane? It’s used for web part properties configuration, not used for data manipulation.

If you want to create new data row dynamically, you should design a data form so user could input the data and then bind to data table(you need save to SharePoint list also).
