我使用的是安装在Windows 7版本中的ACER Aspire 5580笔记本电脑内置DVD-RW，我可以正常阅读。



但是当我尝试使用Windows DVD Maker刻录DVD电影或JPEG图片时，当我选择刻录时，它会显示一个Windows消息框说：



"未找到DVD刻录机

未找到DVD刻录机。确保已连接并安装了DVD刻录机，然后重试。"

Hi,

I am using ACER Aspire 5580 laptop internal DVD-RW installed in Windows 7 edition and I can read from it with no problems.

But when I try to burn a DVD movie or JPEG pictures with Windows DVD Maker, when I select burn, it shows a Windows message box saying:

"DVD burner not found
A DVD burner was not found. Make sure a DVD burner is connected and installed, and then try again."

I haven't installed any burning software, because I think it is not necessary. Is this true?
If so, why Windows doesn't reconize the DVD burner (device), when it reconizes it for all other operations?
Do I need to update the device driver? I already looked at the Samsung web site but there is no driver download. I found a firmware download (SB04 from March), but even after installed it the problem exists.

Does anyone knows what's happening or could help me?
