However, in the event that we leave one of the required fields empty, the Web File Properties changes such that the first required field left empty is now renamed to "0" (like below - from "Document Type" to "0"). In order to fix this we have to update the required properties from the Properties (under the File tab) and access the "Show Details" for the multi-valued "Topics" field in order to update its value.
