I created an Excel 2007 file, protected elements of several sheets, and then shared it. Others users have since entered data and resaved the file. When I open the file I am no longer able to Unprotect Sheet because it is greyed out. I have check solutions on this page and none work.

- I do not have multiple sheets grouped
