I was looking for a way to create a form where different entities would go to and enter in their section of a daily lineup that would tell another workgroup who was there for the day. That workgroup would then create a distro list for all the employees on the form in their section and send them updates throughout the day.

My Sharepoint does have directory with all the employees, so I thought if the workgroups inputted their groups assignments and confirms it with a People Picker field, that would at least validate information and ensure that an employee and their email is associated with that person.
