It looks like you already shared screenshots, but it not display in this thread, could you please share it again or upload to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link.

Since you meet the error message during the installation of Win 10 SDK, please try to download the standalone Windows 10 SDK and have a look at the system requirement and the preparation. Make sure windows update is up-to-date, temporarily disable antivirus software and clean up %temp% folder, then run the windows 10 installer as administrator.

If this issue persists, I need your help to collect the log file. You can use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.zip under %temp% folder then upload the file to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link in here.
