In VS2015 u3, File/Print does not have the "print what" section, which had choices to print line numbers, and to hide collapsed regions. Now, line numbers are always printed if they are shown in the text editor, but there is no way to hide the collapsed regions (i e, print only the source code that appears on the screen).

I check both of my Visual Studio  2015 without update and Visual Studio 2015 with Update 3, both of them don't have "Print What" option in File/Print menu.

And it was displayed in Visual Studio 2013. So I'm afraid that this feature has been removed from Visual Studio 2015. If you want to print the source code with "Print What" option, I suggest you use Visual Studio 2013.
