We've infopath form inside repeating table .My issue is, User submitting infopath form to form library, But then repeating table rows data, It was saving only one row data, they need all rows data(Ex. Each request some one submitting with two rows, some one submitting with 10 rows).In feature user want generate the report, how many components is there(Each components is row).

It’s by default that we publish the form to form library, it only submit the first/count/merge field value to one row for one form file.

As a workaround, I recommend you create a SharePoint list form and publish the form to a list.

In the Data Connection Wizard box, tick "Manage multiple list items with this form".

In the Fields panel, click "show advanced view". Right click the group and click "Repeating Table".

Remove the default Repeating Section and select the Repeating Table, right click and select change binding->Next->Add or Remove relevant columns you want to display.

Finally, publish the form.
