为什么人们完全不熟悉某些技术知识而无法移动线程。

基本要求是在授权移动线程之前输入基本信息流程。

Why people totally outside of some technical knowledge are habilited to move threads.
The elementary requst would be to enter a basic information process before authoritally moving threads.

我不理解这种基本态度。

I do not appreciate thgis kind of basic attitude.

We do appreciate your suggesstion. However, only moderators and forum owner's have the ability to move the threads. So based on the user's query they move the threads to  the appropiate forum.
