I have a web project that when I open it on any other instance of visual studio and open the publish dialog I can easily deploy it to azure 

However on of course the desktop I do most of my development on I do not have any of the options in the Publish web dialog. This is the dialog I get. I have tried to repair the installation of vs 2013 and even repair the Update 5

The only options are under profile and they are Microsoft Azure app service, Import , Custom , and under more options Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines

I tried to upload a picture but this site will not let me.

Any Ideas On how I can get the correct options or what my issue is

Please make sure that your account has subscribed the Azure App Service.

You share a link of the image which could be uploaded in OneDrive, which could be easy for you to demonstrate your issue.
