How should MSDTC be clustered in a 3-node active/active/passive SQL configuration?  Currently I have 2 clustered SQL applications, and I've added MSDTC as a resource to each SQL group (MSDTC isnt its own cluster group with name/IP/storage).  The issue is that the passive node can't talk to the default MSDTC coordinator.  In order to begin the install of the Enterprise SSO / Master secret server I have to fail the SQL group that contains the default coordinator to the machine in question.  Also, if I open up dcomcnfg and try to expand COM+ Applications I get the error "COM+ was unable to talk to the Microsoft distributed Transaction Coordinator".  My thought was that the Network Service account on one machine doesn't have the permissions to talk to the other SQL nodes, but I don't see anything in the documentation about running MSDTC as a domain user or anything.
