I can't edit my own programs that I started on a different computer because they open as read-only. If I email myself a .cpp, it's because I want to open it and make changes. What am I missing? Why can't I change my work once I get home? I don't want to start a different project and give it a different name and copy/paste, etc. How do I send myself a .cpp that is NOT read-only? Take a cpp file for an example, right-click cpp file -> properties -> uncheck the read only box.
