Hi adil.

SharePoint 2010 allows you to get the size of a document library via browser: go to Site Actions -> Site Settings and click Storage Metrics in the Site Collection Administration section.
If you want to do that via PowerShell, you have to iterate all the documents to calculate the library's size.
