Outlook 2010不断冻结，我打开了与该帐户关联的Gmail电子邮件.我无法使用POP设置gmail，而只能使用每个Google网站的IMAP.我通过Road Runner的其他帐户运行正常.我的Outlook 2007从未做到过.

Outlook 2010 keeps freezing up with opening my gmail email messages linked to the account. I can't use POP to set up the gmail, only IMAP per the Google site. My other account through Road Runner, works ok. My Outlook 2007 never did that.

I am on a Vista SP2 platform and just downloaded all of the Office 2010 without any problems in the other programs. I have AVG as my anti-virus program....

Terri,  I have exactly the same problem with exactly the same software: Outlook 2010, Vista SP2, AVG, and it freezes every time I try to open a new email on my gmail account.

Unfortunately nothing I have done has helped.  If anyone does have a solution, please let us know!  It gets REALLY annoying...
