I want to design a page and I am a beginner in Windows Phone UI design.In the below image we have black buttons which are clickable and others are TextBlocks.

Should I have a grid with 7 rows and in each row have a stack to place the textblock and buttons.I have already created styles and I am able to create the buttons with rounded corners,but want to know the correct way of placing the items.

You could do this in a Grid with several rows containing StackPanels, or you can use a vertical StackPanel containing horizontal StackPanels. Which is best really depends on the app and how dynamic it will be.

I'd probably let the Rows fill the full width. The vertical height again depends on the app and on how big the buttons end up being.

You might want to consider designing your app to the Windows Phone design principals rather than the iPhone design principals.
