I just installed Windows SDK 7.1 and I can't find gacutil.exe in the "bin" folder.  Should it be there?  Or is there another utility to register a DLL in the GAC?

I don't use MS dev tools.  I need to register a DLL in the GAC so I can call the assembly in LabVIEW.

I just checked my SDK 7.1 installation and gacutil.exe is right there in its bin folder.

You may want to check that your installation is complete. Specifically, does it include the .Net development tools? Look for the "Change" option in the control panel in "Programs and Features" (or "Add/remove programs", if you're on XP).
