I'm trying to register Visual Studio 2008 Express on a WinXP Proffesional setup. I have tried with FF3, IE6 and IE8. I have tried with two different LiveIDs (my and a friend's). I have tried with IE as standard browser. I have checked the cookies and security settings for each browser.

I have noticed this is a problem that crop up now and then.

And moving projects from one VS to another as also never worked smootly or been simple and I just don't have the time for it now.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've actually tried unistalling/reinstalling but didn't make any difference. I've also tried Firefox and IE - same blank page.  I'm running on XP Home.
