My 30 day registration for Visual C++ 2008 expired, and I'm trying to register it so that I can continue to use it

When I click on the "Register now" button I go to a page with an ad at the top but no content.

So how do I register this product if I can't do it offline (won't let me open it) - or online (blank page)? I've tried both firefox and IE, and i've just reinstalled the product.
