after that he will click on calculate button.(and the method of calculation discussed in the photo).The result will appear to him. Then he will click on buy years or he will cancel. Then an email will be send to the concerned department. and This email should contain that This user want to buy years, and his Letter of acknowledgment is attached. this letter should contain his name and date of submission. Then they will approve it, and an email automatically will be send to user to come and to sign the paper.
The name of the approver should be available in the system.
