I am trying to find a soloution for me dell insprion . I have a pop up when i turn on my computer from an unknown publisher if i cancel it i cant acess the internet from explorer. if i run it it gives me a virus scan n say my computer is infected with viruses. n it offer to sell me antivirus program call antivirus action.  its said its located in my c/user/paul/appdata/temp/kmgcfqdqo/tkkxlgntsbl.exe whgen i do a virus scan it doesnt show me a problem or that anythikng was dectected with security essentials. but as i try to use explorer it tell me the website cant be accessed n redirect me to the site for the antivirus action software. Help plz if anyone has the same problem. or encountered it thanks in advance.
