I have been running into problems that other forums suggest are caused by multiple versions of MS Office products being on the same computer, so I am trying to uninstall all that I find, and then reinstall just what I want. I keep getting a "close the program" notice when I try to uninstall MS Office Home and Student, whether I use the original disc, or I try to use the windows 'uninstall a program.'

The log shows something about 'MsiAPICallFailure' but I can only find info on that as it relates to a SERVER, and this is just a client workstation issue.
