I am creating the packing list for my client, in which i am using the gridview to show the details of the client packing list. but the problem is if the entry is about 20 then the gridview take the whole space of web form, but if the entries is about 5 then the size of gridview is small and it is not covered the whole space of web form.
i am using the vertical line of gridview to show the gridview like a table.
but the problem is if i have 5 entry then the vertical line are made only for the 5 entry.
is their any method to solve the problem that the line can draw on whole page,
or is their any property of gridview to create the row or draw the vertical lines if their is no entry present .

So much time before I was facing same type of problem, So I just put my Grid view in
<asp:Panel> and set fixed height and width so if the entries are going to much
larger as well as the height of Grid view increase and when its height is going to much larger than <asp:panel> than it shown in scroll view, In this way i had solved my problem, And I suggest you to do same thing as I had done.
