Is this via the Windows SDK setup? Is this post due to an install error? The reason I ask is that error often causes install failures. The best trick to avoid the error is to deselect Windows Debugging Tools during SDK install. When the install is complete, if you want the Debugging Tools, grab them from Windows Hardware Developer Central.
