On both my WP7 and WP8 devices I have created a number of groups with newspaper-based twitter contacts so that a live tile can easily show me recent news articles. I find this system fantastic but feel I could create an app to improve this. I would like to create some sort of rudimentary tag-cloud based on the "what's new" section of a group, contact, room or people hub as a whole. I find the idea of making a separate connection to twitter slightly inefficient as the people hub already has the data stored on my phone and appears to support push for live tiles, so is there any API available (e.g. Through windows.phone.userdata) that would support this type of data-mining?
