Hi Jey,

many reasons can cause disabling "open with access" button, let us review the following points togather

1- Have you installed Access from office package properly on your client?

2- If you are doing a custom installation, you must expand Office Tools and Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Support. Under Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Support, there is another Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Support. Set this to Run from My Computer, and the Open with Access button will work.

3- there are simple workaround if above tips didn't help. you can easily open the sharepoint lists from Access application as the following

* open access in your client

* go to open -> open from computer -> from the dialog select " sharepoint foundation "
