在firefox中运行诺顿360时，Windows偶尔会死机，也没有问题，也运行过恶意软件.没问题检查过Windows 7故障排除程序，也没有问题报告我运行firefox 3.6 10和chrome到目前为止，在chrome上没有问题.任何建议 请

windows occasionaly freezes when in firefox I have run norton 360 and no problems I also have run malwarebytes  no problems Checked windows 7 trouble shooter and no issues reported I run firefox 3.6 10 and chrome no problems on chrome so far. any sugestions please
