You can use SharePoint to achieve your purpose. You can set permission for your site.

For example, in website 1, you can give group A permission to only allow users in group A to access website 1. See the below picture, it is the permission for one of my site. In this site, user "allen2" has "Contribute" permission. You can click "Create Group" in the ribbon to grant a specified group/user permission to this site.
