1- Create different content types of the fields for each application, each content type will have its own set of fields and its own forms .

2- look at below picture , i have 2 content types , each one with different set of fields 

3- Each content type has its own (new/edit)form , you just click on the content type and copy the URL and use it in the view which you've already created
