I click on VS Professional 2015 (Version 14.0.25431.01 Update 3) Solution.

Several projects do not load.

On 'Reload', I get a popup: "Project Target Framework Not Installed"

Select the Radio Button: Download the target pack for .NETFramework, Version=v4.6.2

Click OK.

It brings up a Browser with URL: https://www.msn.com/?ocid=NEFLS000 (Which just stays on msn.com ) (HUH?)

I go find the installer for v 4.6.2, download and run and it says:

"Your installation will not occur. See below...

".NET Framework 4.6.2 or a later update is already installed on this computer."

I have already uninstalled and re-installed VS2015 (and restarted the computer as requested).

I am stuck, please reply ASAP.

Refer to this message, it looks like the .NET Framework 4.6.2 already installed on your computer. Please use the .NET Framework setup verification tool to verify the existing of .NET Framework versions and once it found any corrupted, you can use the .NET Framework Repair Tool to repair.
