问题描述

I've been seeing this error message pop up when starting up and it will go away within seconds. Sometimes like today it actually came up while I was watching a video for one of my courses. any ideas of whats causing this and how to fix it? Running windows 10.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
