I have created term driven(i.e friendly url) pages in SharePoint from term store management but whenever I search it shows today's date as last modified date in search result.

By default, SharePoint displays last modified date using "LastModifiedTime" managed property for search results. There are several crawled properties for saving the modified date in SharePoint.

For the default "Modified" column that contains the last modified date and time information in the list/library, you can move up "ows_Modified" crawl property to the top of the mappings for "LastModifiedTime" managed property. Or, you can create a managed property, map "ows_Modified" crawl property to this managed property and use this managed property instead of "LastModifiedTime" managed property in the search results display template. Make sure the managed property is retrievable. And then run a full crawl.
