we all know that there are several Windows Phone Devices which have different size of Displays and Resolution

Windows Phone 7.x仅具有一种分辨率-480x800.有不同的方向(纵向，横向等)，并且仿真器支持这些方向.

Windows Phone 7.x only has one resolution - 480x800.  There are different orientations (portrait, landscape, etc. - and the emulator supports those.

The smaller screens just have higher pixel densities, the larger have smaller densities - but they all support 480x800.

I guess you could adjust the zoom of the explorer to simulate the different sizes if you needed to do things like pick font sizes that work on the smaller displays.
