Suddenly all attachments in custom list we have are missing, Only change we did was added few columns to the list and renamed some.

1) This is out of the box list with no customization, also we are using default forms.

2) I check recycle bin in case its been deleted by some one, but no records found even in stage 2 recycle bin. Also run the audit report but no activity found.

3) Attachments are not showing in view or open a single item in view form.

4) I tried to export and import the list - no luck.
