When I try the information in the article and get to end when I want to sync my on-premises SharePoint 2013 files, I get 'Sorry we couldn't open the sync client. We couldn't process the URL. For help, please contact support.' That was on Windows 10 1709 and on Insider 1803 build 17111.

If I try and install the OneDrive client from the article above, it says I have a newer version and to uninstall. I have 18.25.204.9. Uninstalled that, used the link from the article, it installs 17.5.107.8. Then not 5 minutes later it is back to 18.25.204.9.

I don't know if this only works with 17.5.107.8 but it doesn't work for me. Either that or PLEASE fix the groove.exe from using 100% of a core on a CPU all the time. I have to turn pause syncing, close the OneDrive for Business client, then start it up. If I need to sync, I resume syncing and within 10 minutes the CPU is out of control again.
