The applications are all running as normal user mode in the network and it is a hassle where everytime the normal user might require admin's presence to enter password in order to perform administrative tasks in the applications.

Knowing that by turning off UAC, it will skip the problem but due to security reason, we oughta have UAC turn on.

You will not be able to do much, if you run the application as a Standard user.
The application will become, locked, and there will appear UnAuthorizedExceptions()....

However, run it as administrator.
