重新安装后Word无法正常工作 [英] Word fails to work after reinstallation

我已经重新格式化了我的电脑.然后，重新安装所有软件.安装Windows XP和Office 2000之后，我发现Word无法正常工作，而其他软件(例如Excel和PowerPoint)也没有任何问题.

I have re-formated my pc.  Then, reinstalled all softwares.  After installed the Windows XP and Office 2000, I found the Word did not work whilst other softwares did not have any problem, i.e. Excel and PowerPoint.

在重新安装Office期间，发现"Mircosoft Personal Web Server"存在问题.由于没有其他选择，我只能跳过它.我想知道这是否是造成我问题的原因.但是，这是第一次发现 这样的消息，即这不是我第一次重新格式化我的电脑.

During reinstallation of Office, it showed problem in finding "Mircosoft Personal Web Server".  Since there is no other choice provided, I can only skip it.  I wonder if this the cause of my problem.  However, this is the first time to find such message, i.e. this is not my first time to re-format my pc.

  在安装Windows XP SP2之后，您仅可以使用自定义安装来安装MS Word.如果您在安装时遇到任何问题，请更新错误消息.不要安装其他应用程序，例如MS Excel，Power Point等. 仅安装MS Word.完成此安装后，尝试安装其他应用程序.

    After installed windows XP SP2 you just install MS word only using custom installation. If you have any problem while installaton, kindly update the error message. Don't install other application like MS Excel, Power Point,..etc.You try to install MS Word only. After finished this installation try to install other application.
