I am having problem with Microsoft Help Viewer 2.1 (that come with VS2013) .

Now, it cannot be opened at all , will freeze at Help Viewer lunch window .

I tried to uninstall help viewer then reinstall (by VS2013 setup repair) , it doesn't resolve.

If the Help viewer still got crashed after repairing your VS, please restart Windows and in safe mode, run devenv /safemode in Visual Studio 2013 Command Prompt.
