We have two Azure subscriptions in my organisation, however we want a single data catalog so we are not updating the same information multiple times - can we have a single catalog that works across multiple Azure subscriptions? Or can we synchronize two data catalogs?

As of now, there's no way to have a single data catalog across multiple subscriptions. I would recommend you to provide feedback at the feedback forum. All the feedback you share, is closely monitored by the Data Catalog Product team and implemented in future releases.
