i had created a list using Discussion Template. in that list i added a list item . for the list item i can give the reply also.

After adding Custom content type to the list . we are unable to add the reply and the behavior of the list is changed. how can i get the default behavior.

Hi Bhavya- since a discussion list is a content type itself, sounds like you're overriding the default content type. It won't work the same if you do that.
