By Azure Server do you mean Azure VM ?  Currently, vulnerability assessment is available from Qualys and Rapid7 and you can install the vulnerability assessment solution on multiple VMs on the same subscription.  Please refer to Vulnerability assessment in Azure Security Center for details.
