VS 2013 was running well several months ago. Installed VS 2015 Express Community since and it ran OK. Returned to VS 2013 and it locks up at Start Page.  Cannot enter credentials, or use menu items or any links on the screen.  Have run the Repair utility a couple of times and uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no avail.  Using Windows 10, .NET 4.5.  Other VS programs, 2013 for Desktop, VS 2012 for Web, Desktop, etc. work OK.
